Senior Electrical Engineer

(5+ years' experience) to join our expanding team in Chesterfield. Experience with Peaking, CCGT, CHP Plants or Embedded Renewables would be highly desirable but not essential as we will provide full training. Designing electrical control systems and instrumentation for power generation and energy systems. Developing detailed schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation. Producing drawings, wiring schematics, lists and data sheets using AutoCAD and EPLAN. Developing PLC and SCADA software for control and monitoring systems. Overseeing the installation of control systems and instrumentation equipment. Collaborating with technicians and contractors to ensure proper implementation. Undertaking Factory and Site Acceptance Testing. Commissioning of control systems in the field. Qualifications

Degree or Masters level qualification in Electrical Engineering, or similar. 5+ years' experience in electrical or automation engineering. PLC Programming Experience: Siemens/ Allen-Bradley/ Schneider. HMI / SCADA Experience: Siemens / Rockwell/ AVEVA / Schneider. Knowledge of process instrumentation and wiring. Experience with control networks and communications systems (Profibus, Modbus, DeviceNet). Knowledge and experience in the Energy sector would be advantageous but not essential. Benefits
