Senior Electrical Design Engineer

As a Senior Electrical Design Engineer, you'll enjoy a diverse role consisting of electrical design, carrying out specialist surveys and project management. You'll collaborate closely with the in-house sustainability team to ensure the buildings you design drive greater building performance rather than just compliance.
You'll work on a range of new build and major refurbishment projects across the Commercial, Warehouse, Retail, Residential and Industrial sectors.
One day you might be carrying out a dilapidation survey on a CAT B Office, the next you could be doing a Stage 3 design for a Warehouse and the next you could be acting as a project manager or design manager. Or you could be overseeing the commissioning and installation of electrical services or performing a Technical Advisor role as you remain on these projects through RIBA Stages 2 - 5.

Requirements 5+ years' experience as an Electrical (Building Services) Design Engineer. Broad range of project experience to include commercial, residential or education. Able to lead (technically) projects with minimal supervision. Effective communication skills.
