Senior Electrical Engineer

Our client is a well-established engineering business who is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to be based at their Depot in Fareham.
As Electrical Service Engineer you will be working as part of the workshop team to carry out engine and pump maintenance, including repairs, servicing, and maintenance as instructed by the Depot Supervisor.
Responsibilities:
Diagnostic troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and overhaul of pump fleet, including ancillary equipment and fittings. Programming of PLC controls and final electrical connection on site installations. Conduct work both in depot and on external sites. Comply with Health and Safety requirements of sites visited and correct use of PPE. Maintenance and completion of necessary paperwork, reports, and other related documentation. Assist with progress and training of new engineers and apprentices. Ensure work is completed to high quality and maintained at the required level of standards.
What you will have:
A strong Electrical Maintenance and diagnostic background working on large scale pumps. Ideally, a recognised Electrical or Mechanical apprenticeship or other qualification. Able to use appropriate tooling and diagnostic equipment. 18th Edition qualification. Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a team. Full UK Driving Licence.
