Looking to continue being a Building Services Design Engineer but would like to do some Project Management too? Keen to see projects completed and work in a faster paced environment? This opportunity means that you would be working for a leading M&E contractor in North Manchester. They have a dedicated design team already which is made up mostly of Mechanical Engineers so you would need to be experienced enough to handle the responsibility of managing the Electrical output. If you are making a transition to Contracting, you want to know that the business will support you with that transition - I can confirm that they will. Senior Electrical Engineer . An engineer who is comfortable with the technical aspects of design projects, can be client-facing, sit in design meetings, and has commercial acumen too - understanding that the projects need to be delivered on time and to budget. You will work on the detailed design and as-built stages. This includes handling the design in-house or managing the supply chain if you are outsourcing the design to other companies. You will need to live locally and be happy to go into the office. There you will sit amongst a team of 5 engineers supporting projects that are anything from £10,000 to multi-million pounds. Experience across sectors including Hospitals, Industrial, Local Authority, Education, and Offices would be welcomed.
