Position Overview We are recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the building services sector, looking to onboard an experienced Electrical Estimator. This is a unique chance to join an innovative organization working on diverse commercial and retail projects. In this role, you will be pivotal in accurately planning and costing electrical installations to ensure successful project delivery.

Core Responsibilities Developing precise project estimates Analysing technical specifications Coordinating with project teams, engineers, and suppliers Verifying design data Managing key communications with clients Ensuring all financial estimates meet required safety and compliance standards Participating in pre-contract negotiations Supporting value engineering efforts Handling contract amendments where necessary

Ideal Candidate The ideal applicant will have at least three years of experience in electrical estimating, particularly in commercial and retail environments. A strong understanding of electrical regulations and systems, along with proficiency in Trimble Estimation software, is essential. Holding an NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or a similar qualification will enhance your application. Excellent communication and organizational abilities are key.

What's on Offer Depending on the candidate, the salary on offer can range from £50,000 to £75,000 plus package, inclusive of health insurance, 25 days + bank holidays, 4x DIS, 5% matched pension scheme, electric car scheme and substantial career advancement opportunities. The company operates as an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), providing you with a vested interest in its future success and fostering a positive, collaborative work culture.
