Senior Electrical Estimator

Responsibilities:
Develop and manage electrical estimating projects, and perform preliminary and final estimating of electrical installations. Technical analysis: Analysing tender returns technically. Cost plans: Producing cost plans and budgets. Financial management: Managing financial matters. Procurement: Procuring sub-contract works and supply items. Tender documents: Ensuring tender documents are accurate and correct. Tender submission: Preparing and submitting electrical tenders in a timely manner. Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, including installation standards and regulations. Use computer estimating software to create and compile estimates.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an estimator in the construction or engineering sector. Strong knowledge of cost control principles and practices. Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Driving Licence (required).
