The Job As a Senior Electronic Design Engineer, you will design new circuits from the initial specification and integrate them into mechanical housings, ready for test and final production. Technical responsibilities: Prototyping and Breadboarding PCB layout design using Altium Design for ease of manufacture and assembly Design for CE marking, EMC and Low Voltage Directive Test and validation internally and with third-party approval bodies About You As Electronics Design Engineer, we seek the following skills and experience: HNC/HND/Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent Proficiency in analogue and digital circuit design using Altium for schematic capture and layout Microcontrollers Ability to benchmark / reverse engineer and analyse circuits Desirable Skills Understanding of hazardous location electronics Knowledge of intrinsic safety and limited energy circuits Design experience with wide temperature range products Benefits £50000 - £62000, Annual Bonus, Hybrid Work (2 days WFH), Pension, Medical insurance, Life assurance
