opportunity is available for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to join a small R&D team based in Newport, Isle of Wight.
You will be working on new R&D products and will be a key member of the development team, working on the design of exciting products for a wide range of applications in the defence sector. Key Responsibilities:
Take customer requirements and work with the wider team to establish how to develop new products Design custom electronic boards, verify and test Liaise with customers to assist with integration and problem resolution Key Skills/Experience Required:
Proven significant experience in electronics design analogue, digital and PCB design Board design including schematic capture and PCB layout Experience designing with microprocessors/microcontrollers, memory devices, programmable logic, power supplies, wireless communications This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Electronics Design Engineer to gain exposure to design for a variety of industry sectors. This is a hybrid job offering flexible working. The role is commutable from Southampton, Hampshire and Portsmouth, Hampshire. Must be able to obtain Security Clearance.
