Senior Electronics Engineer – Drive Innovation & Lead Projects Are you a

highly skilled Electronics Engineer

lead projects, influence technology development, and drive innovation ? This is an opportunity to join a

growing engineering team , working on

cutting-edge electronic systems

in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. The Role:

Lead

electronics design and development , focusing on

EMC, power management, servo control, and communications . Define and review

system architecture , including

power distribution and PCB technology . Act as a technical authority , setting engineering standards and best practices. Work across disciplines, collaborating on

multi-disciplinary R&D projects . Provide

technical leadership, mentoring , and

resource planning

for the team. Fault-find and problem-solve

at

PCB and system level , ensuring robust designs. What You Need:

Degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering

(IET accredited). 6+ years of relevant experience

in electronic system design. Strong expertise in

circuit design, embedded systems, and power electronics . Experience leading

projects, teams, or mentoring engineers . Proficiency in

PCB design tools

(Altium, OrCAD, etc.) and

simulation tools

(Python, MATLAB, LT-Spice, Simulink). Chartered Engineer status (or working towards it) . Background in

defence, aerospace, or other high-tech sectors
