Key Responsibilities of the Senior Electronics Engineer : Contribute as an essential member of a multi-disciplinary development team. Take ownership of work packages and deliver results to meet deadlines, budgets, and project requirements. Engage in the full product lifecycle, from concept and design to manufacturing and ongoing support. Create original electronic designs in analogue and digital electronics, as well as conduct detailed analyses of existing systems. Prototype and thoroughly test designs, documenting your work and producing comprehensive test reports. Ensure designs comply with relevant safety, electrical, and EMC standards. Mentor and support junior engineers within the team. Collaborate with internal departments such as Sales, Manufacturing, and Service to achieve project goals. Work with external suppliers on component design, specifications, and integration. Key Skills of the Senior Electronics Engineer: Strong expertise in analogue, digital, and power electronics design and analysis. Hands-on experience with analogue sensors, signal processing, filter design, and instrumentation electronics. Knowledge of closed-loop control theory and three-phase brushless motor drives. Understanding of VHDL with some experience in FPGA-based design. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to design for quality, reliability, cost-effectiveness, and serviceability. As the Senior Electronics Engineer, you will have: Degree Educated in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. A minimum of 5 years of practical experience in a similar role, with proven involvement in the full product lifecycle. Demonstrable experience working within multi-disciplinary engineering teams on time-sensitive projects.
