Role: Senior/Principal Electronics Systems Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Systems Engineer to take ownership of product design, system integration, and lifecycle management, ensuring the continued success of cutting-edge naval defence hardware.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the Prime Technical Contact for customers, capturing requirements and managing project deliverables.
* Own system design and development, including creating and maintaining internal electronic architecture.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring technical documentation and compliance with industry standards.
* Lead design reviews, create system layout drawings, and ensure integration with existing systems.
* Support bid managers and project managers with technical expertise, product knowledge, and system specifications.
* Manage obsolescence and adaptations to meet specific customer and country requirements.
Key Requirements:
* Extensive experience in systems engineering, particularly in the defence sector.
* Strong background in electronic and electrical design, system configuration, and product lifecycle management.
* Customer-facing experience with a focus on project and documentation management.
* Proficient in technical documentation, including verification testing plans, system architecture, and compliance reports.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment with a focus on high-quality deliverables.
