As our Senior Employee Relations (and Projects) Manager, you will line manage a number of Employee Relations Managers within the team and on a day-to-day basis, you will be the go-to expert for all things ER. In terms of your own caseload, you will specialise in medical staffing cases (i.e., employee relations cases involving doctors and dentists). You will need to have an excellent working knowledge of the Maintaining High Professional Standards (MHPS) framework and be able to work closely with our Trust's Responsible Officer/Chief Medical Officer and Medical Directors.
