Senior Employer’s Agent
with Project Management, Building Surveying, or Quantity Surveyor experience to work within their EA team, taking residential projects from inception through to completion. The consultancy works on some of the most prestigious residential and mixed-use developments in London and around the UK, including private and affordable housing, priding themselves on delivering an outstanding service to their clients. The role involves the management of multiple new-build residential and mixed-use projects and includes negotiation, client liaison, and relationship management. They seek a motivated individual with experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will have/be: Educated to degree level and preferably MRICS qualified Sound contractual and technical knowledge Experience in a senior surveying role Prior experience of residential construction Highly motivated Able to manage and prioritise their own workload Articulate with excellent communication skills Follow through and complete tasks with a sense of urgency A good colleague and team player, yet capable of working independently Offering a highly competitive salary along with a generous benefits package, this is a pivotal position for the consultancy.
