Their Employment team is known for delivering exceptional results in both contentious and non-contentious matters, offering pragmatic and commercially driven advice. Now, they are seeking a Senior Employment Lawyer to join their growing team in Leeds and play a pivotal role in shaping their employment law practice. ROLE As a Senior Employment Lawyer, you will: Advise on a broad spectrum of employment matters including advisory work, compliance and regulatory issues. Represent clients in complex employment litigation including tribunal and High Court cases. Assist clients with strategic workforce planning and organisational restructuring. Provide tailored, commercially focused solutions to high-profile clients across diverse sectors. Contribute to business development and help expand the firm’s client base. REQUIREMENTS The ideal candidate will have: A minimum of 6 years PQE in employment law. A strong track record of handling both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. A collaborative approach to working within a dynamic and fast-paced team environment. A commitment to delivering high-quality, commercially focused legal advice.
