This role offers the chance to handle complex employment matters, advising senior management and working closely with HR on both contentious and non-contentious issues. You will be part of a collaborative group legal team providing strategic guidance on discrimination, unfair dismissal, TUPE, redundancy, restrictive covenants, managing tribunal and court proceedings. Additionally, you will draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and deliver training and guidance to the General Counsel and senior management.
