We're hiring a Senior Associate to join our clients Employment team in Belfast. This role is ideal for an experienced employment lawyer with 6+ years PQE seeking a varied role with clear progression opportunities. Fully flexible working arrangements available, accommodating full or part-time hours.
Responsibilities:
Support private and public sector clients on a wide range of employment matters, both non-contentious and contentious. Collaborate with colleagues in Belfast and other office locations. Assist in supervising and developing junior team members. Requirements: Qualified Solicitor and able to work autonomously with minimal supervision. Expertise in advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Client-focused with the ability to nurture long-term relationships. Experience in supervising and/or managing junior team members. Driven to succeed as a senior member of the team, committed to developing the firm's offering locally and nationally. Benefits: Competitive salary with annual review.
