A Bournemouth & Poole law firm has an opportunity for a qualified and experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to manage a comprehensive Employment case load.
The Firm This full service law firm, with a long traditional history offering a full service of legal advice to individuals and business clients.
The Role The Senior Employment Solicitor will manage a case load involving a variety of Employment law work for business clients such as whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, TUPE, employment contracts, employee handbooks, disciplinary procedures, and discrimination issues. The role will require participation with marketing and business development whilst being able to run a case load to given financial targets.
The Candidate TheSenior Employment Solicitor will be a fully qualified Employment Solicitor with experience in dealing with Employment Law. Previous case management experience will be required together with business development and marketing skills.
Salary dependent upon experience.
