This is an exceptional opportunity to work on high-profile projects across the Midlands region, including healthcare, residential, education, and Ministry of Defence (MOD) sectors, with project values ranging from £10m to £200m. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution. Implement and monitor health and safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks, addressing any issues promptly. Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, including progress reports, site diaries, and risk assessments. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to provide regular updates and ensure satisfaction. Qualifications and Experience:
Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Site Engineer, with a proven track record in managing large-scale construction projects. Extensive knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification. Why Join?
