Senior Engineer Civil Engineering

The
Senior Engineer Civil Engineering
will: Provide technical expertise and design leadership for estate infrastructure, roads, and drainage projects across automotive, commercial, industrial, retail, education, and residential sectors. Oversee and secure technical approvals for schemes under Section (S)38, S104, and S278 applications. Conduct flood risk assessments and develop drainage strategies to meet client and regulatory requirements. Prepare detailed designs, reports, and drawings using AutoCAD and Causeway Flow, while expanding expertise in PDS and Civil 3D software as needed. Contribute innovative ideas and add value to projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail.
The
Senior Engineer Civil Engineering
will have: A degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years post-graduate design experience. Chartered Engineer status with the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE). Extensive experience in estate infrastructure, roads, and drainage design, including obtaining technical approvals under S38, S104, and S278. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Causeway Flow; familiarity with PDS and Civil 3D software is highly desirable. Strong communication and report-writing skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and external organizations. A self-motivated and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to manage and coordinate work independently and as part of a team.
