Our client: A UK leading civil engineering contractor known for their delivery of high-value infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee engineering activities on site, ensuring that work is carried out safely, accurately, and efficiently. Provide technical guidance and leadership to site teams and junior engineers. Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to maintain effective communication and ensure project objectives are met. Manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements. Conduct surveys, prepare reports, and maintain accurate project documentation.
What you will need to be successful: A degree in civil engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience in a senior engineering role within the civil engineering or infrastructure sectors. Proficiency in relevant software, including AutoCAD and project management tools. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
What’s in it for you? Competitive salary £40,000 - £55,000 depending on experience. Company car/Car allowance.
