Senior Engineer

Senior Engineer focuses on act as the primary escalation point for level 1–3 engineers.

What the role involves

• Act as the primary escalation point for Level 1–3 Engineers.
• Leading complex fault diagnosis across panels, devices, wiring and system interfaces.
• Provide expert guidance across AOV and smoke ventilation systems.
• Ensure correct system sequencing, configuration and fail-safe operation.
• Maintaining compliance with BS EN 12101, BS 9999 and manufacturer standards.
• Supporting panel configuration and system adjustments where required.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant technical, electrical, mechanical, maintenance, gas, plumbing, or engineering experience may be required.

Confirmed role details

• C£50,000 + OT + Annual Bonus + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Benefits – Pension, Hols.
• Oversee complex fault diagnosis, commissioning validation and system performance while supporting and developing engineering teams.
• Support training, competency development and CPD delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement in technical standards.
