Senior Engineers (CSA)
to join their team in Newport. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a £300m state-of-the-art data centre, currently in the demolition stage and set to begin enabling works, groundworks, and foundations in the new year. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the successful delivery of civil, structural, and architectural (CSA) packages, including groundworks, steel structures, and reinforced concrete (RC). Coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution, adhering to budget, timelines, and safety standards. Supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring quality assurance and compliance with specifications. Prepare and review technical documentation, including method statements and risk assessments. Identify and resolve technical challenges, liaising with design teams and subcontractors as needed. Lead and mentor junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment. Key Requirements
5-8 years’ experience in engineering roles, ideally on major projects. Strong background in civil, structural, and building works (including steel and RC structures). Previous experience working on large-scale projects such as
data centres
(ideal),
industrial facilities ,
pharmaceutical plants ,
hospitals , or
stadiums . Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams. Package
Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum Benefits:
