£45,628+ Dependent of skills and experience What you’ll be doing: Develop and implement a tailored training package for the company’s management system Lead research and development of specialised equipment to support business objectives, including exploring innovations from other industries to meet evolving needs Provide comprehensive support for RVI equipment, including maintenance, repairs, procurement, trials, and handling emergent requests within the department Generate and analyse performance metrics to assess the benefits of capability improvements over time Assist in preparing business cases and justifications, with a focus on maximising return on investment Your skills and experiences: Essential Degree qualified in an Engineering Discipline or relevant experience Knowledge Visual inspection Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade and influence up to senior management Desirable Previous RVI/inspection experience would be beneficial Must have excellent report writing skills Toolsets Jira, Sharepoint, Microsoft Remote visual inspection experience Benefits: You’ll receive benefits including a competitive pension scheme, enhanced annual leave allowance and a Company contributed Share Incentive Plan. The Nuclear Engineering Inspection team: This is a unique and exciting opportunity to join a growing team at BAE Systems, working across a variety of platforms within our Submarine division. You’ll gain hands-on experience with key projects like Astute, Dreadnought, SSNA, and AUKUS, while expanding your knowledge and developing valuable skills throughout different stages of the build process.
