Responsibilities: Develop and implement a tailored training package for the company's management system. Lead research and development of specialised equipment to support business objectives, including exploring innovations from other industries to meet evolving needs. Provide comprehensive support for RVI equipment, including maintenance, repairs, procurement, trials, and handling emergent requests within the department. Generate and analyse performance metrics to assess the benefits of capability improvements over time. Assist in preparing business cases and justifications, with a focus on maximising return on investment. Minimum Requirements: Degree qualified in an Engineering Discipline or relevant experience. Knowledge of Visual Inspection. Must have the ability to effectively negotiate, persuade and influence up to senior management. Desirable Skills: Previous RVI/inspection experience would be beneficial.
