Assist the Site Manager with daily on-site tasks. Oversee, coordinate, and deliver engineering functions. Ensure the efficient control and dissemination of all technical information needed for the project. Handle submittals and RFI submissions from development through design team approval. Submit requisitions for materials and equipment to the purchasing department. Maintain a site diary/log of daily activities. Monitor and enforce quality and work standards on site. Full setting out responsibility. Expensed company vehicle or mileage allowance. Competitive salary ranging from €60,000 to €70,000. Key Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience, ideally with a main Irish contractor. Extensive experience in setting out and levelling. Advantageous to have services experience. Experience with precast concrete frames and steel roof frames. Experience in commercial and industrial building projects.
