Senior Civil Engineer
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Civil Design Engineer to join our client's dynamic team in Wellingborough, where innovation meets excellence. With a strong emphasis on leveraging advanced technologies like BIM and Revit, this role offers the opportunity to lead and shape impactful varying Civil Engineering projects with a salary up to £50,000, hybrid working options, and a great benefit package.
As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be at the forefront of designing and managing diverse Civil and Infrastructure projects, including Highways, Drainage Systems, and External Works. Your portfolio will span both new construction and refurbishment projects for a broad range of public and private sector clients.

Senior Civil Engineer Job Requirements Bachelor's / Master's degree within a Civil Engineering discipline. Chartered status (e.g., CEng MICE) or actively working towards it. 5-7 years of hands-on experience in civil design engineering. Experience in drainage systems and flood risk management. Advanced knowledge of Revit, Civil 3D, Site 3D, Ground Modelling, Flow, and WinDes. Strong understanding of design standards, regulations, best practices, and Eurocodes. Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects effectively, both independently and within a team. Skilled in client interactions and managing project responsibilities. Quality-driven and detail-oriented with a commitment to excellence and high-quality outcomes.
