The role is out of the ordinary, acting as a subject matter expert across engineering governance, assurance, and delivery, leveraging knowledge from across the business to support development and continuous improvement of the engineering Business Management System (BMS) Sector. The initial project will engage with Group to achieve implementation across Sector and assist with continuous improvement of Global BMS. Day-to-day, you’ll deliver the BMS change, and improvements will be realised as a series of internal Projects. The role is responsible in a Project Manager capacity to deliver the internal projects. Manage UK Marine Engineering BMS Project Lead BMS Migration Agility to Global BMS Lead the Global Engineering BMS Implementation across UK Marine Establish business as usual maintenance and development of the engineering BMS Work Hours
This role is full time, 37 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements. Essential Experience of the Senior Engineering Manager
Experience with Business Management Systems Experience with execution of engineering in line with System Engineering Experience fulfilling Engineering Assurance roles Qualifications for the Senior Engineering Manager
Engineering degree or comparable academic standard, in relevant discipline Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
