I am looking to speak with a Bristol based Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant with extensive EHS compliance and regulation experience that is now looking to join a global team to help broker major corporate M&A deals within the industrial sector.
As a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work out of Bristol but work on a global scale within a global team. If you have industrial EHS compliance/regulating experience and are looking to learn how to format this within a due diligence report, this will also be considered.
You will be brought in as a Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant, engaged on development and delivery of environmental due diligence and ESG on strategic advisory projects across the world, working within an award-winning transactional team.
Responsibilities include:
Undertaking data room document reviews, confirmatory site visits, and reporting
Identifying/assessing and communicating environmental risks
Developing ESG strategy
Preparing environmental due diligence reports
Attending due diligence client/deal team calls
Senior Environmental Due Diligence Consultant requirements:
Qualified at degree and ideally MSc level in a related field
5-10 years EHS compliance and regulation experience within the industrial sector
Experience in ESG
Ideally corporate M&A experience although EHS compliance/Regulation
NEBOSH Diploma
CMIOSH
