The Role:
As Senior Environmental Health Officer, you can make your own powerful contribution to ensuring everyone in Westminster can thrive in a clean, safe and quiet city. You'll take the lead on your own complex cases, mentor and support junior officers, and draw on your specialist technical skills to champion health and wellbeing across high-profile cases. You'll develop, implement, and enforce environmental health policies and legislation, and support the Principal Officer in developing training and quality monitoring systems.
About You:
To join us, you'll need relevant qualifications plus a proven track record of post-qualification experience. You are used to managing cases and handling complex, high-profile environmental health complaints. You possess excellent communication, relationship building, and conflict management skills. You take pride in providing exceptional customer service and delivering improvements to public health through education and intervention.
