You will play a vital role in shaping the future of the company and having a say in key decisions made across the business. Qualifications of the Successful Environmental Specialist:

3+ years’ experience in environmental assessment and consultancy for residential and non-residential development AND/OR experience and qualification (license) for one of the following: CEEQUAL, BREEAM, Home Quality Mark. A relevant degree and/or substantial experience in the sector. Membership or working towards a relevant industry body (e.g., CIBSE, EI, IMechE, IEMA, IEnvSc, etc.). Project management experience, ideally for multi-service energy and environmental consultancy projects. Working knowledge of CDM Regulations, the Building Safety Act, and other relevant health and safety requirements for working on construction projects. Job Responsibilities of the Senior Environmental Specialist:

Lead the delivering of environmental assessment projects. Using existing knowledge and skills to coordinate delivery of projects by more junior employees. The management and leadership of multi-disciplinary projects, responding to client briefs offering a range of innovative strategies and solutions to clients. What Benefits are on Offer:
