Senior EPM Consultant | Responsibilities :

Implement EPM solutions for a range of projects

Optimize Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions

Requirement gathering on EPM projects

Ability to configure systems and thereafter providing Training for End Users of the EPM processes

Lead Workshops and drive brainstorming sessions, strategy development, problem solving, risk assessment/mitigation

Change Management, evaluation & feedback

Regular travel to client sites for onsite engagements

REQUIREMENTS :

Strong expertise in EPM tools such as Oracle Hyperion, SAP BPC, or Anaplan

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities

Proven track record in delivering successful EPM projects

Solid understanding of financial processes and systems

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field preferred

Relevant certifications a plus
