This position will primarily focus on providing ER situational support in the UK and certain international locations, and be part of supporting strategic initiatives. The role will: Serve as a subject matter expert on a broad range of ER issues, including performance management, internal investigations, disciplinary actions and terminations, severance, the redundancy and consultation process, and HR policies and practices, among others. Provide advice and support to employees, managers, leaders, and HR. Support business change processes, including acquisitions and reorganizations. Provide insight and interpretation to managers and employees throughout the company regarding relevant employment principles, complex employee relations issues, performance management, workplace investigations and critical incident management as well as on processes linked to occupational health.
