SystemsAccountants is supporting a boutique Digital Transformation Consultancy in their search for a Senior ERP Trainer. This role has been created off the back of a sustained period of growth in the company and the successful individual will have the opportunity to grow the FINS Training Practice going forwards.
This role presents an excellent opportunity to become an expert on Workday Financial Management, one of the fastest growing ERPs in the world. While prior Workday experience isn't required, experience working with a Cloud-based ERP is (Oracle Cloud, S/4 etc).
About the role:
- Represent Finance learning for all clients as a key member of Change & Transformation Practice
- Design & deliver Learning strategy for Finance and plan for client engagements
- Support business in creation of a Finance library of content, which can be easily tailored to different clients
- Develop best in class training material to meet specific client needs
- Manage & deliver training - both virtual & classroom sessions
- Complete Learning Needs Analysis "LNA" for prospect clients
About you:
- Essential: At least 5 years experience delivering training on Finance process / technology transformations, ideally with global businesses
- Essential: 3+ years experience training on a Tier 1 ERP Solution (Oracle Cloud, S/4, Workday)
- Essential: Exceptional presentation skills, both in a 1-2-1 and group setting
- Desirable: Experience training users on Workday Financials
- Desirable: Strong Finance / Accounting knowledge (ideally P/Q ACCA, CIMA or AAT)
Please note, this role is a hybrid role with the successful candidate expected to be in the London office or on client site 2-3 days per week. Currently the client isn't able to provide visa sponsorship, so any applicants needing sponsorship to work in the UK will not be considered.
