Vickerstock are pleased to be working in partnership with a leading fit-out specialist on the appointment of a Senior Estimator.
Your new role as a Senior Estimator
Lead estimations through the tender process.
Assess quotations and prepare BoQs.
Participate in tender meetings and final negotiations.
Provide final project estimations.
Train junior team members.
Ad hoc travel to site.
What you'll need to be successful
Previous estimating experience.
Knowledge of fit-out, refurbishment and new build projects.
IT proficiency, including estimating software.
Good to have (but don't worry if you don't)
A 3rd level qualification in Construction or Engineering
RICS/CIOB membership
