Senior Estimator , you will play a key role in securing profitable work for the company. Acting as the main liaison between the company and the client’s professional team during the tendering process, you will ensure bid requirements are clearly communicated and aligned with client expectations. Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage tenders, ensuring all project requirements are met within deadlines. Collaborate with clients to define tender expectations and ensure clarity in requirements. Communicate bid requirements effectively to the bid team, ensuring all aspects are considered. Work closely with the Managing Estimator and senior leadership to develop competitive, high-quality bids. Contribute to the company’s strategy for securing profitable projects and maintaining client relationships. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience as a construction estimator, with expertise in tendering processes. The ability to thrive in a small, collaborative team environment. Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A commitment to delivering high-quality work and fostering long-term client relationships. Essential Requirements Experience in preparing and managing tenders within the construction industry. A relevant qualification in construction or a related field. Strong knowledge of estimating software and industry best practices.
