Estimator
to join the Birmingham office, specializing in office and industrial fit-out projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to play a pivotal role in estimating project costs and helping drive successful outcomes for our clients. Jobs varying from: £1 million - £15 million. Key Responsibilities: Conduct site surveys to understand project requirements and complexities. Develop detailed cost estimates and prepare comprehensive quotes. Collaborate with subcontractors to gather accurate pricing and timelines. Manage project prelims, ensuring budgets align with project objectives. Present estimates and findings to the MD and Internal Team. Collaborate with Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager. Maintain client-facing communication, clearly explaining cost elements and project scope. If you have a strong background in construction estimating, fit-outs, and cost analysis, we'd love to hear from you! Salary:
