We have a great opportunity for a Senior Estimator to join our Highways business, based out of our Head Office in Hoddesdon.
You will be responsible for producing the most competitive net cost and to establish, maintain and improve procedures for the control and effectiveness of the Estimating Function in line with Company Policy and Business Objectives.
About you Technical
Good mathematical knowledge
Up to date with IT packages including Workspace & Conquest
Commercial
Awareness of current market trends
Good overall knowledge of competitors
Contractual
Keep up to date with current legislation
Understand the conditions of contract
Administrative
Ability to set up and maintain good systems and procedures.
General
Effective time management skills, with a demonstrable ability to work to tight deadlines.
