My client is a specialist sub-contractor operating throughout the UK. They provide all types of joinery solutions across multiple sectors including commercial, industrial, leisure, healthcare, education, and retail.
They have worked with a number of leading clients and main contractors, gaining an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality services on large projects throughout the UK.
Due to sustained growth and increased workload, they are seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team and work on projects across the North West and surrounding areas.
As the Senior Estimator, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Taking overall lead on all estimating functions Review of bid documents, drawings, specifications, and other reports applying a good understanding of all components of a tender submission Development of estimating staff Identification of business risks in projects Managing client expectations throughout the tender process Identify any financial, design, production, and contractual risks/opportunities Overseeing all received/submitted tenders
