Projects are predominantly competitively tendered but there will be elements of 2-stage tendering involved. Independently tender projects valuing up to £53mil. Work collaboratively with Surveying and Operational teams and produce competitive tenders. Be responsible for the mentoring of more junior members of staff. HNC/Degree Qualified. Be able to price from first principles. Happy to travel to office/site when required. Experience using either Causeway, Estimate or Conquest. What's on offer for the Senior Estimator
This assignment will be paid on a day rate start on an initial 6-month contract - with the option to go permanent.
