Overview The Senior Construction Estimator plays a pivotal role in steering the organisation towards its strategic goals and objectives. This leadership position requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage teams, drive operational excellence, and foster relationships with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in executive management, with an emphasis on data analysis, communication, and multilingual capabilities to enhance organisational effectiveness. Duties Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organisation's vision and objectives. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across estimating and pre-construction departments. Lead and mentor senior management teams to foster professional growth and performance excellence. Analyse organisational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring transparency and collaboration. Manage budgets and resources efficiently while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Promote a culture of innovation, encouraging team members to contribute ideas for organisational improvement. Skills Proficient in data entry with strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets. Excellent communication skills in English. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences, showcasing strong phone etiquette. Experience in managing bilingual or multilingual teams is advantageous. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across various levels of the organisation. Proven track record in construction estimating within the RC Frame sector. This role is ideal for an experienced leader who is passionate about driving success through effective management and communication strategies while embracing diversity within the workplace.
