Senior Estimator / Operations Engineer Cookstown Competitive Salary and Benefits Package The role will be office and site based, Monday to Thursday 8.45am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.45am to 3.30pm, 32 days holiday, Bonus, Health Plan, Life Assurance, and progression opportunities. Day to Day: To produce Commercially and Technically accurate quotations. Produce detailed production drawings in an accurate and timely fashion Give the customer with the highest level of technical and customer service. Office and site visits to develop customer relationships. Prepare clear and structured technical reports on findings from site. Qualifications: Degree educated Surveying / Architectural / Construction Engineering. Experience in Design / Estimating / Manufacturing. Knowledge of construction details and on-site construction practices. Competent on Packages mainly AutoCAD / MS Office / Bluebeam. Excellent attention to detail and customer service skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Target focused, passion to develop, and deliver.
