Tender for a range of Construction and High profiled fit-out contracts including: Luxury 5-star hotels Bespoke Residential Educational Health Social & Commercial projects ranging from £1M+ to £20M+ Requirements:
Degree qualified in Construction Related Course / Relevant Qualifications. 5+ years post qualification experience working as a QS / Estimator. Proven track record within a similar fit-out and construction role. Experience of confidently pricing tenders to the minimum value of £1M+. A good understanding of market rates and profit margins.
