Senior Estimator
to join our Construction, Housing, and Retail divisions. The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of delivering accurate estimates for high-value construction in the £10 million to £40 million region. This role will play a pivotal part in our pre-construction phase, ensuring that all bids are competitive and financially sound. What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Estimator, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with an experienced team, reporting directly to the Estimating Manager. You will: Collaborate with the Bid team including procurement, design, and project management to develop comprehensive bid proposals. Interpret and review complex architectural and engineering drawings, specifications, and other documents to accurately estimate the scope of works. Lead the preparation of detailed and accurate cost estimates for large-scale projects.
