Tier 1 & 2 contractors as well as leading developers are typically their route to market, working on commercial office, residential, mixed-use, public, and private sector contracts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Preparing detailed cost estimates across various facade packages. Deep understanding of materials, labour, and manufacturing processes to ensure accurate and competitive project bids. Collaborate with architects, project managers, and suppliers to gather necessary information. Prepare and submit detailed and competitive bid proposals. Identify potential risks and mitigate them through detailed analysis. Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits to gather and verify project information. Provide technical support and clarifications during the project bidding process. Depending on the calibre of the candidate, my client would look to pay up to £85k for the right person.
