Hampshire, Surrey A leading contractor who provides construction solutions for Housing Association and Residential Provider schemes urgently requires a Senior Estimator to work from their busy Fleet office. The company undertakes Design & Build works for apartment schemes and some housing throughout the Thames Valley, Surrey, Hampshire, and South London locations. They have been established for a considerable amount of time and seek an experienced Estimator with at least 10 years of experience who is familiar with all pricing on bidding for HA/RP led contracting works building apartment schemes. It is vitally important that the applicant has this experience as this could be the difference between winning and not winning the job.
