The day-to-day responsibilities include:
Managing and developing a team of estimators Securing projects that align with company targets Ensuring accuracy in quotations while mitigating project risks Collaborating with other departments Overseeing project pipelines Supporting negotiations to convert quotes into orders
This role would suit a Senior Estimator or similar looking for a long-term role within a supportive team environment, where their contributions will be recognised, and they can take pride in driving projects to success whilst growing their career.
