As senior estimator, you will be a vital part of the pre-construction team and be responsible for preparing accurate estimates for Groundworks, RC Frame & Civil Engineering projects across London & Home Counties.

Review and analyse tender documentation Develop new and existing relationships with clients Identify potential project risks, cost implications and recommend mitigation strategies Provide essential cost reporting information Help mentor/manage junior members of staff What you need:
Minimum of 5 years experience as an estimator within RC Frame / Groundworks Proficiency in Causeway and Bluebeam Full UK driving licence Strong communication skills - ability to be client-facing
