Senior Estimator – New Build Housing

Up to £75,000 + bonus + car/allowance **EXCLUSIVE** Kitson Associates are pleased to be EXCLUSIVELY working with a leading housebuilder who are looking for an experienced Senior Estimator to join their small Bristol team. This role will involve some travel throughout the region. Role and Responsibilities
The Estimator will set, agree, review and deliver targets, along with producing accurate and timely reports for the business. Identify, escalate and manage any commercial issues. Responsible for the preparation of cost plans for both the appraisal of development opportunities and land acquisition itself. Work closely with both internal and external customers. Ensure that all estimating work required to deliver the budget is completed accurately. Skills and Experience
5 years Estimating experience working for a housebuilder. Confident in building relationships with a variety of internal and external stakeholders. Solutions focused and work in a straightforward way to ensure the commercial team meets its targets. Education & Qualifications #J-18808-Ljbffr
