About the Role:

A leading interior fit-out company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join their team in Manchester. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing a team of estimators, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for a high volume of complex interior fit-out and office fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of estimators Prepare detailed cost estimates and take-offs for complex projects Source and analyze quotations from suppliers and subcontractors Develop project budgets and schedules Prepare tender documents and contract documentation Liaise with clients, designers, and contractors Use estimating software to prepare accurate costings Review project progress and identify potential cost variances Mentor and develop junior team members

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience: Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field Extensive experience in estimating for interior fit-out and office fit-out projects Strong leadership and management skills Excellent analytical and numerical skills Strong understanding of construction methods and materials Excellent attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel Experience with estimating software (e.g., WinQS, CostX)
