Senior Estimator
to join one of London’s largest and most reputable RC Frame and Groundworks Contractors. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in the pre-construction team, overseeing cost estimation and tendering processes for major RC Frame and Groundworks projects. Key Responsibilities:
Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for RC Frame and Groundworks projects. Working collaboratively with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure competitive and profitable submissions. Evaluating risks, materials, and labor costs to create comprehensive and competitive bids. Mentoring junior estimators and contributing to the continuous improvement of the estimating function. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as an estimator, ideally within RC Frame and Groundworks. Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. A team player with great communication and interpersonal skills. What We Offer:
